NEW COUNTY COUNCILLOR ELECTED
Councillor Bruce Tennent who has served West End as a Eastleigh Borough Councillor since 2006 and as a Parish Councillor since 2007 was elected as Hampshire County Councillor for West End and Grange Park in the local council elections on Thursday 4th June 2009.

WEST END GATEWAY CHILDREN'S CENTRE NOW OPEN
West End Children's Centre is based at the Townhill Community Centre, Wessex Way, off Townhill Way, West End.
Julie Stallard is the Centre Co-odinator and she can be contacted on 07515084124.
Building work is in progress at the Centre which will provide facilities for the centre to become fully operational.
WEST END MUSEUM
Run by West End Local History Society based at The Old Fire Station, Orchards Way, West End
The Museum has recently had a facelift ! Well worth a visit ! Open Saturdays from 10.00 a.m.—4.00 p.m.
