Carnival Day was a great success this year with the Sealed Knot encampment and military displays enjoyed by all. The Walking Parade was well attended and we would like to thank all marshals and stewards who helped out on the day. The events continued through to Sunday morning with locals visiting the encampment to see how food was prepared and how 17th Century people lived. See a selection of photographs below.
Competition winners are as follows:
Garden Competition - Mrs & Mrs Russell of Caversham Close
Baby & Toddler Competition - Sienna Levendale
Young Person of the Year - Tom Penny

It was good to see the carnival parade once again. The weather held good for all concerned and the Sealed Knot put on a great display. Looking forward to next year.
